Basic Exercises to do at Home

Please remember to always consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program. I did not include a warm up or stretch in this vid, so please ensure you do both before starting the exercises. The exercises in the video are meant to be done consecutively, to fatigue (or 1 min each), rest and repeat at least 2 more times.
