@MommyReporter It’s best to give muscle groups a rest for a day or two before you workout that particular group again. I do core work everyday, but I mix up the actual exercises… I have plenty of videos that feature core workouts. In my “One Month” series, every “Part 2″ is a core workout. There are also several more in “Superhero Workouts”
