    @Brunewicz I have absolutely NOT had a tummy tuck. I nursed all three children for 2 years each, I eat a clean organic whole foods diet, and I exercise and strength train regularly. All three are crucial to regaining a pre-baby body. I could show you my stretch marks to prove it, but I think you believe me ;) Check out my website and blog for how I stay fit everyday.

    IT BURNS!! Haha, but it feels great :) . By the last circuit I was pretty tired but it was a lot of fun (I like that you put music in the background so it’s not just a bunch of periods of silence)! I love dynamic and time-effective workouts like these. Thank you for sharing!

    @MommyReporter It’s best to give muscle groups a rest for a day or two before you workout that particular group again. I do core work everyday, but I mix up the actual exercises… I have plenty of videos that feature core workouts. In my “One Month” series, every “Part 2″ is a core workout. There are also several more in “Superhero Workouts”
