    you are positioned wrong, try to tuck your butt in a bit.. I don’t know how to explain it. try to keep your posture correct, tuck your abs in, and keep your legs close together.

    The soft med ball is a little more challenging than a hard ball due to the instability in the ball. The red one I’m using in this video has gel in it and is demanding on the core during the pushups!

    Is there a difference between using a soft medicine balls or the rubber medicine balls in the “8 is enough” workout? Which type of ball do you use and what do you recommend for someone who is generally fit but new to medicine ball workouts?

    You can start out by doing 1-2 circuits and build up from there. I’ve got some of my pro athletes doing up to 6 circuits!

    Im not a fitness expert but, I would say if you are 60 pounds over weight I would consult your doctor. But, you must first change your diet. Then yes, do these exercises but take it easy!!!! at first.

    (reply) as of now im 5′9″ 225. i was benching in my sets and reps 275lbs. im 40 years old and am not only trying but WILL get my body weight to 200lbs. i just lost a lil strenght when i was kutting weight. ive been on the program now and the strength is comming back. i can now get back to my 120lbs dumbbells in each hand.(Bench) i have a set of ironmaster dumbbells and thats all they go up to.. take care evryone and DONT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    it is called showbizz my friend so that other people see his abs and what to get some too so they either watch the rest of his videoes for his great excersices(really they are great) or buy his book or whatever.
