    for the past week I have been doing this every day just once though because i jog/speed walk during the day for 30 minutes and i have been eating healthy and now trying hydroxycut proclinical so i will most likely post videos of before and after in a month maybe two. Wish me luck lol

    @genghisgirl Omgosh I just want to say that my abs feel really hard. I did it this morning like i said. And then I ran after school and I feel great. You have inspired me! Thanks a bunch! I’ll update you on my weight loss. This is good strenth training. I’m doing this once a morning and once a night for one week, then I’ll be doing it twice (same times) next week along with running/jump roping. I hope to see great results soon! I feel great already! :)

    @MultiJaNMi hey,well if you do this for about 15 minutes you will burn about 100 calories. but don’t look at it just in number because with every exercise you build muscles and burn fat and more muscles = more fat burn even when you do nothing. :)

    great routine for metabolism kick in the morning or during the day. the last exercise is the easiest for me :) anyway, i do similar routine when i workout and don’t have time.

    If I do this every morning before school, will this help me lose weight? I have a lot of belly fat (i wiegh around 145 and im only a 16 year old girl) and im short but I really want to be able to fit into a bikini for the first time in my life.. I have a pretty face but i want a pretty body too! So if I do this every morning plus watch what i eat will i be able to lose my dreaded belly fat? i dont care about anything else other than getting rid of my love handles and gut! Please please help
