@genghisgirl Just to clarify–would you do Workout 1 on Mon, Workout 2 on Wed and Workout 3 on Fri for Week 1? I was definitely thinking of cardio in between–really need to work on that!

@melzerr1 For example – 1, 2, and 3 would be Week 1 – Mon, Wed, Fri. Week 2 would be workouts 4-6 and so on through Week 4. Rest days are built in, and you can always add some extra low-impact cardio in between workouts. Hope this helps! xo
Hi Bex, I was wondering what your recommendations would be on using these videos in the best way in the month. ie Alternating 1, 2 and 3 in week one, 4, 5 and 6 in week two and so on… Does a person need to have rest days in between since weights are being used? Would love to find out how you would do this series of videos in a months time? I’ve been doing your morning workout daily for the last bit and am finding I’m improving–Christmas and excuses let me really get out of shape…

i couldnt do more than 5 push ups a day then i read a magazine that had wall push ups do those properly for like 2 or 3 weeks then i was able to do sets of 20 in the modified position

@13souljagirl Id say get her into some sports. Get her to try different things and see what she likes best. Sports are a fun way to get excersize. And make sure she’s eating healthy as well and drinking water, not soda. good luck (:

I’m 5′4″ and 174 lbs. I find aerobics to hard on my knees. Can you recommend an aerobic activity that can help me loose weight? Can I do shadow boxing or something?
@13souljagirl The best exercise for kids is to get outside in the fresh air and play.
I just found your channel, thanks so much for these workouts! I’m already in pretty good shape, but I’m always looking for new ideas so I don’t get bored. I must say, even for someone in shape this was a really good workout!
