man he is bouncing just like a ball now thats a pure definition of killer workout
This rly works, I only do it once or twice a day and im already seeing improvements, I highly recommend this.

I’ve been on this workout for two weeks, and I can see a change in my definition. Some of you guys really need to learn how to compose a sentence, and learn how to spell words. I mean really.
@daklufromsrbija actually if it is done correctly, the bouncing as you put it stimulates joint and tendon repair, how do you thing the chinese monks develop such hard bones and the like? they put there bodies through torture so it learns to adapt
bouncing is just fucking up your bones and wrists.. dont do it.. its just to show off… moving hands closer together will make it harder and then when you do it you should put your legs on chair while doing pushups
These just look like push-ups and then moving your arm somewhere. Wouldn’t more of a variation have a better effect like in the last exercise?

i have to say i did these last summer after my runs and i felt and saw huge results . the variation confuses the muscles and makes them hard like rocks. in just two weeks you can see a major difference in your chest. especially for guys with flabby chests this will harden up your chest fast
This should take about 9 minutes if you do each workout for twenty seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. And if you do all six exercises three times. Also something I did not add was the rest in between each 6 exercise workout.

Couple of questions and comments:
Noticed this is in “tabata” format (20-10 seconds). Also is this a three a day workout, or an all day workout? Also could this be done the same day with another workout that does not focus on the chest?
Finally, wow it does work as it is the next day and Im still a little sore, especially if I touch my chest. Tried to do another chest exercise routine as I had planned, but after doing this one I could not:):)

@ToFierce2handle you might need more than 10 seconds, but if you do 10 seconds you end up training harder. thus excelling in the exercise.
damn it i cant do it so long, i guess my chest will be bigger than me in week if i continue these exercices
omg when i did this i had a hoodie on, when i was done i couldnt even take it off because my arms and chest were so weak. this works really good
what does that last exercise do work out?
