		<description>Hey Scooby, I noticed in your self spotting rig video that you have the bar suspended from the ceiling. Now what I want to know is that is that bar hung from the wood studs (or whatever you call them) in the ceiling or do you have some other method of securing it? And if the bar is hung from the studs, how safe is it? I mean, they&#039;re made of wood right, so I&#039;m kinda unsure about that. Don&#039;t want them to buckle or nothing.</description>
