ARRRGH I know I should do more arm workouts but strength training is hard for me. I love cardio but my arms are getting flabby sooooo vids like this are encouraging. I will get dumbells and try this at home with no own watching.

Eat more protein after your workout, or in general. Protein builds muscle

vid was alright, the best site to get started working at home is Heavy Dollars (search it) – its ideal for a newcomer, it helps me make extra $’s. I found that iPaidSurveys is AMAZING, they pay you to answer questions, its v good!

Theres a new weight loss product to help you lose at least 10-20 lbs & were looking for people to try it out again. The last group of people who tried this had an average weightloss of 16 lbs in 1 month! We need another group to try it out and theres even a $1,500 incentive for each testimonial sent in! You just need to be at least 100 lbs, over 18 yrs and keen to lose weight. There are limited spots so dont hesitate. More info on comfortweightloss. com

do shoulder and pectoral work outs it will burn that away and also give a slight boobie lift :)

  18. PezrulezHaakon says:

Arm-workouts alone will not give you slim arms. Only a good diet, with slightly less calories per day then what you burn. That, and a nice cardio-workout as a combination will in time give the results that you´re after.

    two questions…
    1. I have five lbs dumb bells, as a beginner is that enough for now or should i get different weights?
    2. Out of curiosity is the reason to look forward to have better focus or is there other reasons for the looking straight ahead?

    thanks for all the tips.
