    what exactly is strength training and cardio and why is it necessary? any particular exercise for flabby arms?

    @florencelindberg The easiest and best way to determine what the best weight for you is this: Use the heaviest weight that you can lift 10-12 times in good form. You can struggle a bit, but don’t lose proper form.

    Great! Thanks a lot! You look amazing for having 3 kids! Just had my second 4 month ago plus I didn’t really work off the weight from the first one. I will definitely let you know how it goes :) I’m going to put the kids down for a nap n get to it!

    You got it! Remember to add in two days of additional cardio… so that’s 3 days strength training and 2 days cardio. Cardio can be anything that gets your heart rate up for at least 20-30 minutes… running, jumping rope, a fast paced walk. Good luck with losing that baby weight, and let me know how it goes… I know all about those pesky baby pounds. I did it three times :)
