		<description>15 pounds on those weights. I&#039;m just sixteen and I use 23.1 pounds weights. I do about 20 of those on each arm with basic biceps, and then rest a bit with push ups and sit ups. I really starting to see a difference, and thats all the motivation you need. If you can hang in there until you see a difference, then you just want to continue!</description>
