    @imidon This probably will have some effect, but like what most users have said, your body does not start burning fat until after you have done about 30 minuets of some exercise, your body burns protein and carbohydrates before that. May I recommend you try a martial arts class? They are an amazing workout and provide a boost in health, as well as confidence and concentration, and most places offer a free trial class period. Just a suggestion :)

    ive done my ankle, im coming back from injury and put on some weight, i cant use my ankle properly yet but does anyone have any tips?

    @imidon – good for u! another great, great workout is burpees. Look around on youtube. Do em with the pushup and a full jump with your hands over your head. 10 burpees, rest for 30 seconds, 9, rest, 8, rest, 7, etc. down to 1. Do that every other day. When you can easily get down to the last burpee without breaking form, then start with 11. You will burn tons and tons of fat thru the day.

    this is a great workout,
    im obese and tried my very best to do exactly as he said, and it really does give the body a lot of exercise,
    im doing this every day and hopfully it will start to take effect soon.

    you probably shouldnt comment on your own videos as if you’re someone else. however, this is a much tougher workout than i thought it would be. nice job

    Hey I’m 18 and im 6 foot tall almost 7 foot tall. i weigh alot, way to much. I weigh like 210, and try to get rid of it. I really do try this, but i just dont feel it, can u help me out? i dont know if im doing it wrong or right.

    it’s doesn’t matter how old are you, just don’t take any steroids. And yes, it is recommended.
