no it’s nonsense, do you really think your body is so weak to allow something as minimal as exercizing to stop your growth. Stopping your growth doesn’t mean being shorter than you could have been but means being sick, with frail bones, disproportionate body and weird spine curve and it happens only if your badly fracture your legs or have a tumor. Walking and running put 200x more pressure on your bones than exercising with weights or your bodyweight

As good as this workout may be, it strikes me as a bit dumb telling people (some who will have no knowledge or experience working out) to do upside down shoulder press to failure.
Hopefully I’m not alone thinking this?
