my long high intensity cardio on my treadmill aint boring i watch tv whilie i do it :p
Is each exercise followed by the next right away, or there is recovery period inbetween?

This is hard as hell. I got to the plank. Done after that. Shoulders were killing me. Doesnt help I did a shoulder workout right before this though…
just did this , intense . i did take a few pauses to cathc my breath , but next time round try and improve. great suff .
