@GsxRaider Absolutely, training is all about progression and varoety, I will post a dumbell only bicep routine soon, as well as cable only routine, variety is everything when training

@oxygenownz there will always be a slight movement unless you totally isolate it on a machine
looks like you have abit too much bodyrock while doing the concentration curls
@markftc1140 Thanks for the compliment, remember to take at least 3 shakes a day, 1 scoop mid morning, 1 scoop before training and 2 scoops withjin 45 minutes after training as this is the most important one, try adding Glutamine and cycling creatine as well, but check out the diets at dinosaur nutrition

It’s a good workout but it can be bad for your muscles to do 21’s and then go straight into another bicep workout. I would do 21’s and then do a tricep workout right after and then go back to 21’s.
theres no reason y not and instead doing both arms at the same time just do 1 at a time an really squeeze your bicep an concentrate
