@GreyTownStudios biceps are not the major part of your muscle. It s the triceps therefore they r important.

@Fenerlipokemon push ups only work triceps. Tirceps are the back part of your arm. biceps are the front part and major part of your muscle. Triceps however on this guy is usually good and makef you stronger.Keep hyrdrated and take breaks over working your muscles just waste your work out
