@myselfmark Not really. Try and make sure you don’t pull on your neck with you hands and then secondly keep you neck and head straight, don’t tuck in your chin as you crunch.
@myselfmark It shouldn’t hurt surprisiingly a lot, but you are pulling with yoru abs not your neck.
does your neck hav to hurt in ab crunches?

@Dragon4Bitter 20 reps each set…. Prolly start with 1 to 2 sets and build up to 3-4 sets.. I would recommend doing them back to back with 20 secs rest in between. Best workout for abs would be to hang and do leg lifts. These would be great to add to a routine!
I like the second exercise, will mix that in with my routine. If you add a large exercise ball to the first crunches, you’ll really tear your abs up
