    Laughing at all the homophobic comments. Yes, it is so much more important to avoid doing anything that could remotely look “gay” instead of winning a fight.

    Go through Marine Corps boot camp. That workout has been around for years.

    I did it and now I am sore, cool workout. I have my MMA class do it for about 30 sec 3 sets with 15 sec rest in between and make them do it balls out with the other workout I have them doing.

    you have probaly never trained pure neck before or you slung your neck way to hard backwards but I would guess the first one!

    Wow, I’ve been doing mountain climbers for years but I’ve always used them as kind of a splits type exercise. Trying to push my pelvis closer to the ground and get more mobility out of my hips. This way makes a lot more sense. Thanks for posting this! Didn’t Frank train with Fujiwara?

    you need the different techniques to prepare and over come ever possibility. Obviously you can tell the mind of a competent fighter than that of immature fool.
    Because total dominance of the entire body is the objective and not weather your facing another man’s penis.

    Truthfully, nobody ever made the gay comment until I posed this clip here. Frank’s really just demonstrating the positioning for the move, and you’d only be there for a second. I’m not sure of the ages of some of the posters, but some of them appear to be very insecure about their sexuality. If you know you’re not gay, who gives a rat’s patoot?
