    thanks so much..i feel a lil more inspired to get started on my change of life..and im actually thinking about going raw..not totally at firstbut ween myself off a lil at a time..because i know processed foods are really not good for u..so i will be updating..hopefullyay a healthier me..

    @nastaija9 Hey girl! These workouts are great for beginners to advanced athletes. Try every exercise – do what you can & don’t do what you can’t. Eventually, you’ll work your way up to being able to do them all. I have a playlist on my channel that has a whole month of workouts done in real time so you can follow along (3 a week for 4 weeks). Add in my 4-minute workouts between. 15-20 lb for 8 weeks would be a safe goal, but you’re right – if you have a lot to lose it could be more. Rock on!

    i just wantedto know i am roughly i big girl..and i am sorta a couch potatoe as they say(lol) i was just wondering if i started out with this workout..roughly (no promises am i looking for) around how much weight would i lose in lets say 8 weeks?..also i heard for larger ppl the first couple weeks tha weight comes off more ..and faster..is this true.. btw i luv luv ur videos just haven’t had the courage to do one yet..im’ scared i’ll pass out..lol..joke but a lil faint maybe…lol

    @PRiiNCESSEMii For a jumpstart on losing weight, I would do one of my high intensity routines 5-6 times a week (about 30 minutes each day). Diet is also extremely important… I eat a primarily raw, whole foods diet of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and green blended juices, and only eat one cooked meal or less a day.

    sure he does. Because he rocks…..he’ll get motivated sooner or later. My wife used to bug me all the time, but finally I’ve got so sick that i couldn’t handle it anymore. Maybe he needs that kind of motivation too :)
