    hello ive been watching your videos and they are great because i really want to loose weight especially belly fat i am currently 220 and want to go down to 180 or 170 but for leg workouts i have a question do u think your excercises are a bit 2 hard 4 me because i recently had surgery and i dnt really want to force my ankle to much yet
