@sweetkisses4uonly Best way to lose fat fast is to exercise regularly and get on a proper eating program. Diet is huge when it comes to fat loss. Diet is WAY more important than exercise.

Two hours of intervals is a horrible idea. That would burn more muscle than fat.

You shouldn’t need to exercise for more than 60 minutes at a time, and you shouldn’t need to exercise more than once per day, 5 days per week (you could get amazing results only exercising once per day, 3 days per week).

what’s the best way to lose a belly and lose weight fast? (if you’re willing to give 5-6 hours a day) is it circuits?intervals?will you lose weight faster if you do 2 hours of intervals?

Whatever you do, don’t skip meals. Your body will HANG ON to the fat, not lose it. Eating very little will not help either. Same thing will happen as above this!!! Instead, eat healthier, or at least drink some water, and cut out the juices and soda!

Great workout for such little time. Im currently at 151-153lbs and I would like to see myself around 130lbs. Usually don’t have the time due to work or lack of energy at the end of the day. I’m also catching myself skiping meals like lunch and pig out for dinner which isn’t helping. I will try this and see where it takes me. Thanks and best of luck!

@Cytr0gen For all of the best info on muscle-building, check out anything Jason Ferruggia. His two main products are Muscle Gaining Secrets and Triple Threat Muscle. I haven’t read Triple Threat Muscle, but Muscle Gaining Secrets is the single best resource on muscle-building I’ve ever read.

Sorry, I can’t think of any bodyweight exercises you can use to train the posterior and medial delts. For those muscles I prefer shoulder raises with resistance bands.
